1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the pk2cars platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, claiming a bonus, placing a sports bet or playing any Casino or Live Casino game — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and pk2cars. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Account Registration

To play on pk2cars you must register for an account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are providing accurate and complete personal information during registration.
• You do not already hold an active pk2cars account.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited under local law.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on pk2cars. Duplicate accounts — created to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent any account restriction — are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Bonus balances and winnings held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. pk2cars will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your username and password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk2cars may request identity verification documents at any point — upon registration, before processing your first withdrawal, after a deposit above a certain threshold, or as part of a routine account review. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Documents typically requested during verification include:

• A government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of your registered address — a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits — a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your registered mobile number, or a bank statement for IBFT transfers.

Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete for accounts that have been flagged for KYC review. Completing verification early after registration is strongly recommended to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw winnings.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on pk2cars are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, Easypaisa mobile wallet, Raast instant payment, IBFT bank transfer and debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly to your pk2cars wallet. IBFT and bank transfer deposits may take longer to appear depending on your bank 's processing times. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within two hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. pk2cars does not charge a fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — particularly for bank transfers. These charges are outside pk2cars's control.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not accepted and will be returned where possible. If a third-party deposit cannot be returned, the funds will be held until the source of the deposit is verified.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR back to the payment method associated with your account. The same-name policy applies — your withdrawal destination must match the name on your pk2cars account and your verified identity documents.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the pk2cars payments team. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification, or accounts flagged for review, may experience longer processing times.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account dashboard.
• pk2cars does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions.
• Any bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met before the bonus-derived portion of your balance can be withdrawn.
• Real-money deposits that have not been used to place any wager may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the same-name and KYC requirements.

pk2cars reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals from newly registered accounts or for withdrawals above the standard threshold. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your winnings.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

pk2cars offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses for existing players, free spins on selected Slots games and special promotions tied to Cricket events such as Pakistan Super League matches and T20 internationals.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the individual offer:

• Bonuses must be opted into — they are not automatically credited unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Each bonus offer has a specified wagering requirement. This is the total amount you must wager using the bonus balance before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat and Roulette may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus offers may have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

7 Casino and Game Rules

All Casino and Live Casino games available on pk2cars are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. In the event of any malfunction — including disconnection during a live game, a software error or a display glitch — the game round in question will be considered void and any stake placed during that round will be returned to your account balance.

pk2cars does not guarantee any outcome in any game. All Casino games use certified random number generation or real physical game equipment in the case of Live Casino titles. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

• Players may not use automated software, bots or any external tools to assist gameplay.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes — including exploiting software bugs intentionally — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Live Casino dealers operate under standard dealing procedures. Disputes regarding dealer conduct are reviewed through a recorded session audit process.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pk2cars covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — as well as Football, Esports and other international sports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in.

• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or cancelled without a result being declared will be voided and the stake returned.
• In-play betting markets close at specific points during a match. Once a market is closed, no further bets can be placed on that selection.
• pk2cars reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that were published due to a technical error significantly below the true market price.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Any suspicion of match fixing, insider information use or coordinated wagering will result in bets being voided pending investigation and accounts being suspended.

9 VIP Programme

The pk2cars VIP programme rewards players based on their activity level. Players progress through tiers by accumulating loyalty points earned through real-money wagering. Higher tiers unlock benefits including improved cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, higher withdrawal limits and access to exclusive promotions.

VIP status and associated benefits are reviewed periodically. Players who significantly reduce their activity level over a defined period may be moved to a lower tier at the next scheduled review. Tier status is not transferable between accounts and cannot be sold or gifted.

pk2cars reserves the right to modify the VIP programme — including tier thresholds, benefit structures and point earn rates — at any time. Players currently enrolled in the programme will be notified of material changes in advance.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk2cars and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and possible permanent closure:

• Creating more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or personal information during registration or verification.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or play Casino games.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors or display malfunctions for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game format.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour towards support staff or other players.
• Providing false information at any point during registration, verification or a support interaction.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

pk2cars reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon suspension, access to the account is restricted pending an internal review.

If an account is closed following a confirmed breach, any bonus balances, promotional credits and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not involved in the breach may be returned at pk2cars's discretion following the conclusion of the investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure — after all active wagering requirements are settled — will be returned to your verified payment method.

12 Responsible Gaming

pk2cars encourages all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set clear personal limits on both the amount of money and the amount of time they spend on the platform. The platform provides the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your account.
